German • English • French.Auf der Suche nach einem Instrument, das dem Bedürfnis tiefer, "kräftiger und sogleich sonorer Flötentöne" entsprach, erschuf der geniale Flötenbauer Theobald Böhm 1858 die erste Altflöte. Für dieses neue Instrument musste nun Literatur her, und so machte sich Böhm an die Bearbeitung verschiedener bekannter klassischer Werke (siehe auch Th. Böhm: Die Bearbeitungen mit Altflöte, ZM 33880). Bei der Bearbeitung der drei Lieder aus dem Schwanengesang D 957 (Ständchen, Das Fischermädchen und Am Meer) von Franz Schubert hat sich Böhm an den populären Schubert-Liedbearbeitungen für Flöte und Klavier von Leopold Jansa (1795 - 1875) orientiert, die er zum Teil übernimmt, zum Teil aber auch in seinem eigenen Stil und Altflöten-gerecht abwandelt. Die Ausgabe stellt eine schöne Bereicherung des raren Altflöte-Repertoires dar.
