About this arrangement

Piano Solo - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.616200 By Raluca Bojor. By Martin Luther. Arranged by Raluca Bojor. Praise & Worship. Score. 3 pages. Raluca Bojor #225357. Published by Raluca Bojor (A0.616200). This is the most popular hymn written by Protestant reformer Martin Luther. The text illustrates God’s protection for his people by means of imagery – a mighty fortress. This fortress was to protect against the enemies of the Christian faith in the sixteenth century, which, according to Luther were the Pope and the Turk. In this piano arrangement I used “fanfare” sounding chords in order to depict the majesty of a fortress and indirectly the majesty of God (which we cannot illustrate by any human means). It is suitable for church postludes. Performance time: 2 minutes. This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters. ArrangeMe allows for the publication of unique arrangements of both popular titles and original compositions from a wide variety of voices and backgrounds.
