This arrangment for four trombones (or three trombones and tuba) is based on that recording. In order to bring this beautiful setting of Ralph Carmichael's music & lyrics to life, sensitive phrasing and legato playing is paramount. A very strong upper register is required for parts 1 & 2 This quartet is scored for three tenors and bass trombone. Treble clef B flat parts and a treble clef E flat tuba transposition of part 4 are included for brass bands and alternative parts 1 and 2 in tenor clef are available.
