This is an original tune and was inspired by a walk I had with my wife and daughter in Saltburn, a seaside resort just a few miles from where I live. It's a happy feel good tune. The sheet music is for piano solo and it shows the tune more clearly than the YouTube video as a stride piano/ragtime piece with a swing bass left hand. I take it through 3 keys of C, Db and D major. As usual the left hand can be simplified by playing any 10ths as single notes or octaves. Bass notes can often be played an octave higher to lessen the distance stretched. I don't notate dynamics, pedal or fingering as I prefer to leave such issues to the discretion of the individual pianist. Teachers, in any event, can never agree on these things. Also please be aware this is a piano solo and doesn't include notation for the other instruments in my YouTube video. I write all my tunes as piano solos and they are perfect in this format so will have a full sound throughout. I hope you have as much fun playing this tune as I did writing and arranging it.
