After years of having this on my "to arrange"list, I can finally tick it off.This arrangement for flute choir has the melody parts in Flutes 1, 2 & 3. Whether your choir would like to consider these parts as solo parts is completely up to you. The accompaniment consists of Flute 4, Alto 1 & 2, Bass, and Contrabass. If your choir does not have a contrabass, you can substitute another bass for the contrabass part. There is also an optional cello part to help bring out the bass line. The cello part can be played by any C instrument in the bass clef range, such as a bassoon, euphonium, or keyboard.This would be a great piece for any occasion.
