You only need 2 pianos:  Pianist 1 & 2 on one and Pianist 3 & 4 on the other. You Gotta Know the Score:  Elementary (Pianist 1) is never asked to move hand positions,  the rhythm is easily taught by rote, since it’s the Female melody, doubled with Pianist 2 & 3.Late Elementary (Pianist 2) Recital Solo which includes Female melody in the Right Hand, and the Male melody in the Left Hand.  Includes triplets.Early Intermediate (Pianist 3- Primo) Let’s mix it up! The Female melody is the Left Hand so the Right hand can aid with accompaniment figures when the Pianist 4 has the Male melody.Intermediate (Pianist 4-Secondo) Love this part! Lots of jazzy chords + the Male melody.
