In this edition, all parts have been written in common transpositions for wind orchestra. The pieces can therefore be played with any quartet ensemble or with an entire wind orchestra.The eight-bar cadenza is kept in a calmly paced alla breve tempo. The slightly longer prelude can also be played in a short version as an interlude (dal segno al coda). When using it as an interlude, please note that in the first bar in the coda of the second part an accidental symbol is used, which is not valid in the long version.The PDF contains a full score, a condensed score and three copies of every part (I-IV) in C, Bb, Eb, F, respectively.
