OEVRE SEPTIÈME.’ The publication consisted of a set of parts each with the title page followed by a copy of the  Privilége granted by King Louis to Boismortier to print and sell his music. There are 5 movements, Gravement,Allemande Gayment, Lentement, Gavotte en rondeau & Gayment,  The sonata is easily within the ability of players of intermediate standard and will provide enjoyable practice in independent part playing for players of equal ability.
