Every three year, the Theatre Antique (Roman Theater) of Vaison-la-Romaine moves to the rhythms of "common singing", which is the essential part of the Choralies festival at Vaison-la-Romaine. The major concerts at the Theatre Antique (Roman Theater) aim at bringing together a chorus composed of 4000 participants in a spirit of sharing and communion. This year, once again, you will have the opportunity to attend more than 40 ateliers supervised by prestigious conductors. Those ateliers are the base of the Choralies festival which is the major European and national event in the choral sector organized every three year. In this brochure, you can find singings which can be performed easily by amateur ensembles of all levels. Choristers and conductors will have a large selection of works to broaden their repertoires. As you know, singing is a kind of language, so whatever the language is, let's enjoy discovering and uniting our voices.
