SMA chorus, piano or organ SKU: CJ.A111309313 Composed by Daniel Bonnet. Song. Song, secular. Octavo. Editions a Coeur Joie #A111309313. Published by Editions a Coeur Joie (CJ.A111309313). Duration : circa 3'30''This song, written by Daniel Bonnet, was commissined by Macon Symphonie organization as the song for all amateur choruses at the convention during the festival Symphonies d'automne to sing together. This commission explains the title of the score but also the fact that the latter exists in three versions that can of course be superimposed: one for chorus with 3 equal voices, another for chorus with 3 mixed voices and finally for chorus to 4 mixed voices. The piano score is identical in each of these three versions.I have written a text that wants to be unifying, which speaks of the pleasure of singing together and has the particularity of not including any verb. The singing voices are not very complicated to allow the less experienced choirs to learn them without much difficulty. The tempo is moderate so that large numbers of chorales can sing it without causing rhythmic confusion.
