Mvt 1: A reflection on the perpetual motion of life, and how little time was spent focusing on what matters. Mvt 2: An immediate halt, requiring people to slow down and appreciate what they have. Mvt. 3: A small sketch describing the "6 feet" of separation from one another. Mvt. 4: The potential for returning to the busy, perpetual life as the world once knew, but with a change.
