The piano underscores this fragile mood with a few notesof its own before the two voices gradually interweave.The cello then finds its greatest expressiveness in the melody, the sound, and the tone spreading.The subsequent da capo section further highlights the moving contrasts of expressive sound andlonging for peace and harmony."My music should stimulate the senses.
