The arrangement was made for the 95th Anniversary Gala Concert of Sinsen Konsertorkester (Sinsen Concert Band), held in Oslo, Norway on October 28 2023. The arrangement is made to match the composers intentions as closely as possible, and turned out to be one of the highlights of a great concert. The original cello solo in the introduction was performed by the arranger himself on trombone, but the musical director is free to let the solo be performed by any suitable instrument. Additional parts will be made available on request.
