Duration 4 minutes, 44 seconds. Published by Molenaar Edition (ML.022211050-S). Though composed as a simple unpretentious little work, this 'Fandango Fantasy' sounds somewhat virtuoso. The slow middlepart makes us think of the splendid piano pieces by the Spanish composer Isaac Albeniz, many of wich have already been orchestrated for wind band. The quick part with which the work starts and ends (in a whirling finale) is the actual fandango.
