Published by Baton Music (BF.BM1099-SET). Ennio Morricone (1928-2020) was an Italian composer, orchestrator, conductor, trumpeter, and pianist who wrote music in a wide range of styles. With more than 400 scores for cinema and television, as well as more than 100 classical works, Morricone is widely considered one of the most prolific and greatest film composers of all time. Morricone gained real fame when he teamed up with Sergio Leone and composed the soundtracks for his so-called ‘Dollars trilogy’: ‘A Fistful of Dollars’, ‘The Good, the Bad and the Ugly’ and ‘For a few Dollars more’.Despite the small film budgets, the ´Dollars trilogy´ was a box-office success and the music became very popular. Luxembourg arranger Steve Boehm has now created a surprising new arrangement for Symphonic Band of the main theme of ‘For a few Dollars more’.
