Vibraphone and guitars-Quartett - difficult - Digital Download SKU: S9.Q6461 For vibraphone and guitar quartet. Composed by Joe Duddell. This edition: score and parts. Downloadable, Score and parts. Duration 7 minutes. Schott Music - Digital #Q6461. Published by Schott Music - Digital (S9.Q6461). A ballerina in a music box has a secret life. Although she appears to behave normally, when the lid is closed she has a life of her own. The combination of vibraphone and guitar quartet depict this scene with ravishing sonority. This is the third work Duddell has written for the percussionist Colin Currie, who gave the premiere with the Los Angeles Guitar Quartet. They toured the work in the USA in 2004 and have recently released the work on CD for Telarc.
