Published by GuarrineMusic (A0.785997).       This arrangement of the nursery rhyme that everyone has sung has been adapted for 3-part orchestra (Vln. 1, Vln.2/ Vla, vlc/cb and piano) and is the key of G. A great teaching piece for counterpoint (round), independence of parts and some unexpected reharmonizations.  Violin and viola never go above D and uses C naturals, while the ‘cello never goes above high D and does play some H4’s (C#).  The bass does double the ‘cello at times and never plays above G.  All parts will play eighth notes and some staccato in violin1.  All bowing are marked, dynamics are forte and mezzo forte only.   Piano is recommend.
