The mysterious opening portrays the initial reconnaissance, then quickly moves to the star fighters blasting off into battle. Driving rhythms depict the twists and turns of a space battle with wild percussive accents providing flashing laser blasts. The piece then closes with the festive sounds of celebration as victory is proclaimed.
