Full set. Duration 4 minutes, 30 seconds. Published by Molenaar Edition (ML.022394030). After the 'Coffee Serenade' and 'Hymne au Vin' the composer continues his 'drinks cycle' with an ode to tea, entitled 'High Tea'. It is an elegant composition based on the famous English tradition which has now been imitated all over Europe. In the 'Coffee Serenade' a coffee cup was used as 'solo instrument'. In order to spare the fragile tea service a triangle is used to evoke the tinkle sound.
