About this arrangement

Concert band Horn and Wind Ensemble - Grade 3 SKU: BF.BM1180-SCORE KV 447. Composed by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Arranged by Rafael Grau Vilar. Baton Music instrumental series. Full score. Baton Music #BM1180-SCORE. Published by Baton Music (BF.BM1180-SCORE). Most of Mozart's solo horn music was composed between 1781 and 1789 for his friend and fellow freemason, Ignaz Leutgeb, an accomplished player from Salzburg who continued to perform after setting up as a cheese merchant in Vienna. Spanish arranger Rafael Grau Vilar transcribed the Concert No. 3 for Horn with accompaniment of a Wind Ensemble.
