God wants Jonah, the prophet to go preach at a town Jonah doesn't feel is worthy, so he heads out on the water. God decides to create a storm which scared the people on the boat, so they throw Jonah overboard. God sends a whale to swallow Jonah. After sitting in the whale for 3 days God has the whale spit him out. Jonah still wasn't ready until God showed him another hardship.
