Geschrieben in einer klassischen ABA-Form, beginnt es mit einer aufsteigenden Fanfare, die bald darauf von einem kontrastierenden lyrischen Thema abgelöst wird. Beide Elemente wechseln einander ein paar Mal ab, dann wird durch ein allegro brillante eine neue Atmosphäre geschaffen und ein drittes Thema erscheint in verschiedenen Registern. Mit Jubilus! können sich Ihre Spieler stilistisch und technisch vielfältig präsentieren, ohne dass das Panfareorchester dabei je ihre Einheit verliert.
