The tenor part could be switched to another brass or woodwind instrument or even a guitar. The piano could also instead be a vibrapone or marimba part. The piano part is the lead but the tenor has a lot of lead-like instances as well. The tempo is increased slightly from the original and the piece is meant to be swung throughout.
