As a former member of the South San Antonio and John Jay High School Bands, and later with the 5th Army Band, composer Charles Booker marched in the “Fiesta Flambeau Parade,” America's largest illuminated night parade and the highlight of Fiesta. This rhapsodic work celebrates the exciting atmosphere of Fiesta, as well as the rich and diverse cultures it represents.
