This short film participated in Short Film Corner (Cannes 2007); 30th Guarnicê Festival (São Luís do Maranhão) and was selected for the 21st São Paulo Audiovisual Show. The first compositional idea for "Memories" was for oboe and piano. This piece is simple in its construction but very lyric and espressive. In it´s compositional therms I used a soloist instrument to conduct the main melody with a very minimalist piano accompaniment. This piece is for intermediate students.
