This arrangement can also be performed with a String Trio, since the 2nd Violin part is optional. This tune has such a romantic feel that it naturally lends itself very well to strings. Violin 1 and Viola get a shot at the main melody, harmonizing each other in turn. The dynamic swells bring the whole group together to make one cohesive unit.
