Harp - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.849954 Composed by Ludwig van Beethoven. Arranged by Marilyn Rummel. Classical,Concert,Standards. Score. 4 pages. Demand Music #4320455. Published by Demand Music (A0.849954). Sonata 14, adagio sostenuto has been a beloved piece since it was written - so popular that  a few years after Beethoven's death it was called "the Moonlight" and the name has stuck. This is an abridged version containing the main theme part of the development and the coda. It features a lot of lever flips, but all are well-marked and with practice can be be done with ease. This version does contain all the notes for the theme, except for the lowest octaves. It has been transposed to D minor to be playable on the lever harp. Can be played on pedal harp as well - there are no pedal markings. The triplet figure moves between hands to facilitate ease and flipping of levers. Audiences really adore this piece! The level is advanced intermediate.
