I have arranged this for three clarinets. I have transcribed the parts into concert pitch Bb, so the clarinets are playing in C, the same as the original basset horns.I have provided an alternative bass clarinet part for the 3rd part as the clarinet does not have the downward range (to bottom C) of the basset horn.I have taken some liberties in the 3rd part, transposing up an octave where necessary, but avoiding any "clash" with the two upper instruments. The mp3 is actually a basset horn recording,(computer generated) so sounds a fourth lower than clarinet.
