Arranged for wind quartet (fl,ob,cl and bsn)I have not simply transcribed this piece violin 1 to flute, vln 2 to oboe etc, but have allocated the melody among the three higher instruments.I have also not arranged it tutti through...this gives some variation, and breathing space to the players.As the clarinet takes most of the viola and 2nd violin repeated quaver passages, I have provided 2 additional alternative clarinet parts.Variant A has less notes, and Variant B has arpeggios.Dependent on the tempo taken by the quintet, the clarinettist can chose the part more suited to his ability.The mp3 does not play the repeats.Other mvts are available for wind quartet, quintet and symphonic wind dectet.
