A small, homogeneous musical microcosm is generated around this object. The pieces demand from the performer not only a highly-developed hands-on approach and reading ability, but also a creative, convincing and individual approach with regard to timbre, time and various gestures, especially when playing the not always comfortable actions inside the piano.
