In 2018, Leigh had the opportunity to perform at the Melbourne International Jazz Festival as a member of contemporary jazz ensemble "Prickly Pear".In September 2019, Leigh released his debut album, "Here’s Why", recorded live at Sing Sing East alongside Lawson Kennard (bass) and Daniel McKoy (drums).
