This is an exciting overture with a strong melody but tends to "wander" and get distracted as the piece progresses. It has two main sections - An opening fanfare with a lot of flourishes is quickly followed by a flowing melodic section. The woodwinds & percussion transition back to the fanfare but in a chaotic form.
