Published by Norsk Noteservice (BT.NNS9790261713658). In 2018, the Military Bands in Norway celebrates their 200 year Anniversary. In this regard, the great composer Oscar Borg deserves an extra attention. The Norwegian "March King" Oscar Borg was chief conductor at the 1st Brigade Military Band in Halden from 1881 to 1918. He composed more than 70 marches and other compositions for for this band. Nine of these are represented in this Medley. Some of them well-known both in Norway and abroad but others are only performed within the Military Bands. The Nine titles are as follows: "Revelje", "Fotboldmarsch", "Kronprinds Gustav March", "Morgenfrisk", "Turnermarasch", "Belmann-Marsch", "Jubilæums-Festmarsch", "Tappenstrek" and finally"Kong Haakon den VIIdes Honnørmarsch".
