The first violin has the melody most of the time, however, other parts are challenging and melodic on their own. The melodies and harmonies are playable by middle school and junior high school orchestras and the optional piano/harp part is mostly chording and easy to play. All instruments are in first position and have few extensions in the viola and cello parts. ( 2 minutes 15 seconds).
