Neither the dynamics nor the tempo are strict: Play as loudly as needed for the processional and continue to play but very softly as an underscore during the scripture reading and prayer. Then bring the dynamics back up for the lighting and conclusion of the ceremony as the participants head back to their seats.I have also included a much shorter version of the piece for those congregations who do not wish that part of the service to be too long, or who may not want an underscore during the reading and prayer, or maybe don't want it as processional music but only as underscore to the candle lighting prayer and reading. By subtly adjusting the tempo for either piece, you can lengthen or shorten the music as needed.
