Travel through various time signatures in the opening fanfare, then switch moods as the woodwinds play a soft, lyrical section. The entire ensemble joins in for the dynamic finale. This would be a great concert opener for your ensemble. "Proclamation" was premiered by the Crystal Lake Community Band in May, 2016.
