This arrangement of Purple Haze is written for four guitars and may be performed as a guitar quartet or a large guitar ensemble. The first and second guitars may be doubled on electric guitars with distortion and the fourth guitar may be doubled on electric bass.  Drums may be added as an option.  This was original written and performed by a middle school guitar ensemble.  Guitar 1 is written in the upper range which makes this part more challenging than the rest.  This is ideal for Year 2, Quarter 3.
