She immediately hovered over them, picked them up and carried them back to her nest where she raised them as her own. Through this piece, Akan children are assured that if they are ever orphaned, someone in the village (or the entire village) will always nurture and provide for them. Worth Academy of Fine Arts. He currently works full times as a composer, editor, and clinician. Victor is in demand as a guest conductor, adjudicator, and clinician for music educators and students throughout the United States. He has conducted numerous All-State and Regional Honor choirs in the United States and Canada.
