In my case this was due to Kallmann's syndrome. I am now perfectly happy with my infertility, after all, there is much else to do in the world and Dawkins' "selfish gene" can simply go spin its plot elsewhere:  My children are my compositions, and they populate the world in their own way with joy, humour and thoughtfulness... wherever they will... ...
