It is my Love song. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; It was composed in the woods under an umbrella, on an intense green and wet Springtime.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Very Romantic and written with a joyful spirit in mind. It became an Homage to the Love of my &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Grandparents, to Life itself. &amp;nbsp; Composed with playful intent, It requires advanced and skilled performers. It is a brilliant piece with a huge effect on the audience. It induces a very positive mood. &amp;nbsp; I added some interpretation symbols, and the bowing is profusely suggested along the piece.&amp;nbsp; Only as a personal suggestion of course. The bowing notation on the score differs a little bit from the one in the instrumental parts, you can choose among them or apply your own. The piece is appropriate to all kinds of technical practices. At this level and due to personal preferences, bowing and fingerings must obviously be adjusted to school tendencies, creativity or personal taste by the performers themselves. Very often different acoustics and performing conditions also demand adaptations on many technical aspects of the music performance.&amp;nbsp; It is a good piece for serious concerts, it can be also used in all kinds of other social events.&amp;nbsp; Thank you very much for taking your time to read this text. She spend her babyhood at the door of her poor parents in a little wooden box to be eventually adopted and taken away.&amp;nbsp; Her little legs never recovered completely from that box, either from the absent True Love and loss of her Parents. She was adopted by wealthy people, was brought to Europe and given an European birth certificate…with name and all - "Ema Maria Lizardo" - „Born in Portugal" - „Her Parents are not mentioned on the Birth Certificate".&amp;nbsp; Than she was educated in music, literature, arts and all sorts of high rank social activities…she became a music teacher. &amp;nbsp; Singing made her happy and she was very talented. In a very young age she had learned a vast repertoire from Brasilian songs just from listening and could remember all of them all Life long. My Mother told me that she could simply enchant the audiences with her angelic voice and she was a dedicated music teacher. On her teens she met my Grandfather an all round artist…violinist, conductor, composer, poet, painter, you name it!&amp;nbsp; It was Love at first sight.&amp;nbsp; True Love. A long long time ago, long before most of our Parents were born Ema got married with my Grandpa and she became a new name -„Ema Maria Lizardo Da Silveira". Grandma Ema died a Widow in the year I was born.&amp;nbsp; I can still hear echoes of her Soul singing in my Heart.&amp;nbsp; True Love for Life is what this piece is all about.
