Concert Band - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1299358 Composed by Leslie Bricusse. Arranged by John Ivor Holland. 20th Century,Broadway,Christmas,Film/TV,Musical/Show. Score and Parts. 43 pages. John Ivor Holland #889220. Published by John Ivor Holland (A0.1299358). "Scrooge" is a 1970 musical film adaptation of Charles Dickens' 1843 story 'A Christmas Carol', starring Albert Finney as Ebenezer Scrooge and with music by Leslie Bricusse, who was composing the songs for 'Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory' at around the same time. This lovely little song is sung by Tiny Tim at the point in the story where Scrooge is being shown the Cratchit's situation by the Ghost of Christmas Present. Arranged for concert band for the first time and featuring a solo for Cor Anglais (but cued into Alto Sax if not available) - created to celebrate the memory of Richard Beaumont, a dear friend, eternally immortalised as Tiny Tim on screen, who passed away after a short illness in 2022. This product was created by a member of ArrangeMe, Hal Leonard’s global self-publishing community of independent composers, arrangers, and songwriters.
