Duration 24 minutes. Digital Music Print #DMP 10605. Published by Digital Music Print (DM.DMP-10605). August Delhaye was born in Antwerp in 1927 ( 1991). He played in a variety of ensembles and mastered a wide range of styles and genres. Throughout his career, he shared this treasure of experience with young musicians. Thanks to him, hundreds if not thousands of young people have gained a unique entry into the wonderful world of music. During an active career, he served as a pianist and organist. He was also a teacher at the Merksem (Antwerp) music academy. In this capacity he composed dozens of beautiful works. This has resulted in an outstanding collection of pieces whose melodious lines and logical harmonies are ideally suited for various instruments.
