Guitar - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1096087 Composed by Clifford Brown. Arranged by edited by Dr. LeRoy Henry. Blues,Jazz,Standards. Guitar Tab. 4 pages. Dr. LeRoy Henry #700037. Published by Dr. LeRoy Henry (A0.1096087). This is a transcription of Pat Martino playing the Blues Walk on the Album Night Letter by Sonny Stitt. Night Letter is a set of Varitone sax numbers on the Prestige label recorded in 1969. On this track The Blues Walk goes by its original title The Loose Walk. Sonny recorded the Loose Walk in 1952. Later he joined the Max Roach-Clifford Brown Quintet formed in the spring of 1954. Why this tune has been attributed to Brown is a mystery, since he would never have knowingly taken credit for another's creative contribution.
