Similar to many waltzes of its day, this piece opens with an introductory melody in 4 / 4 before the main waltz theme in 3 / 4.  There are a few other melodic diversions along the way, then back to the main waltz theme.  The piece runs about 5 ½ minutes and is quite accessible.
