This is one of my own compositions.I would say this is an intermediate version with notes written on for right hand tune and left hand chords written on. Fingering advice is also given.The left hand is based round triads and full chords. It's a very good exercise for the left hand as it jumps around in a waltz rhythm between the triads and chords. Left hand triads can be played throughout, if easier. .
