Zusätzlich erscheint erstmals der kurz vor der Uraufführung zurückgestellte sechste Satz Alla Napoletana sowie zwei von Schulhoff „Alla Marcia militaristica in modo europaico betitelte Skizzen nach dem Autograph im Archiv des Museums der Tschechischen Musik in Prag.
